Who is Cosmetic Nurse Alicia?
As a licensed Canadian nurse with years of full-time injecting experience, I began to notice the same pattern repeatedly in traditional aesthetic medicine.
Many clients were not necessarily unhappy with the treatments themselves, they were unhappy because they struggled to fully articulate what they wanted, while many providers focused on treating isolated areas rather than understanding the face as a whole.
Over time, this shaped my philosophy and ultimately led to the development of The Signature Approach™, an assessment-led methodology focused on balance, structure, movement, and natural long-term results.
My work has been influenced by years of international training and clinical experience across Canada, Jamaica, South Korea, and the United Kingdom.
I was mentored by Dr. Mark Bailey, internationally known as "The Botox God," gained clinical experience alongside a plastic surgeon in Jamaica, and later expanded my training internationally through advanced education with Dr. Ducu in London, the inventor of the Non-Surgical DBL™, where I continue to collaborate and represent the brand in Canada.
My training in Korea further influenced my perspective on skin quality, regeneration, and filler-free approaches to facial support and refinement.
While we are a non-surgical clinic, many of our techniques are strongly influenced by principles used in plastic surgery, facial structure, and long-term age management.
Our clinic model is medically led and assessment driven. Each clinic location operates under local medical oversight, with a supervising physician present on site for all procedures.
In addition to treating clients, I also provide selective advanced trainings for medical professionals.
