Medical Leadership
An advanced Aesthetic Nurse with clinical experience across Canada, Jamaica, and the United Kingdom. Training includes mentorship under Dr. Mark Bailey, clinical experience alongside a plastic surgeon in Jamaica, advanced international education with Dr. Ducu in the UK, and Korean techniques in non-surgical, filler-free lifting.
Alicia practices full time between Canada and Jamaica, offers pop-up treatments in the UK under the Dr. Ducu Clinics brand, and represents Dr. Ducu Clinics in Canada — delivering medically led, intentional aesthetic care focused on balance, structure, and subtle, long-term results.

Not every client is an immediate candidate for refill or retreatment. In some cases, the most appropriate recommendation may be dissolving, staged restoration, or no treatment at all.
